When you fill out a form on this site (for example, to request a trial), we collect the information you provide — typically your name, company, email, and optional phone number. If you use the Premier Safety Canada application, we also collect the safety-form data you submit (inspection records, deficiency reports, signatures, photos) and basic account metadata (sign-in timestamps, email address).
Trial-request information is used to contact you about the product. Application data is used to operate the service — your workspace, your forms, your reports. We do not sell your data. We do not send you marketing email unless you opt in.
Service providers who help us run the product: Supabase (database + authentication), Netlify (website + application hosting), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (DNS + email routing). Each is bound by their own privacy policy and processes data only on our behalf.
You can ask us to export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email sales@premiersafetycanada.ca.
